• Account information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google via our authentication provider (Directus).
• Order information — email address, billing name, template purchased, amount paid, and order reference. Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Delivery information — data needed to fulfill your order, including library access and download history tied to your account or private order link.
• Support communications — messages you send via the Support form or to [email protected] and any information you choose to include.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and standard server logs used for security, debugging, and performance.

• Process payments and deliver purchased templates.
• Link orders to your account when you sign in with the same email used at checkout.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, download instructions, support replies).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to customer library links.
• Improve the storefront, fix errors, and understand aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your purchase history for third-party advertising.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the store:

After checkout you can access purchases through your signed-in library or a unique private URL from your confirmation email. Anyone with a private order link can view purchase details and download files — do not share it publicly.

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill purchases, provide support, meet accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal data tied to an order where we are not required to retain it by law.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable payment infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — please use a strong email account and protect your library link.
