Terms of Service

After payment you get access to source files (typically a Next.js project), components, styling, and setup notes sufficient to customize and deploy the site for your business or a client project.

Live demos on nuri-kit.nuri.works show representative layout and content. You are responsible for replacing placeholder text, images, and branding before launch.

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for unlimited projects you or your business operate, and for client work where you deliver a finished site — not the raw template files as a standalone product.

You may

• Modify, rebrand, and deploy the template for commercial purposes.
• Use the template for multiple sites you own or manage.
• Hire developers to customize the template on your behalf.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source as a template, theme, or starter kit.
• Publish the download package, library link, or source in public repositories or marketplaces.
• Remove or obscure license notices where included in the source.
• Use Nuri-Kit trademarks to imply official partnership without written permission.

Every template includes a live preview and detail page. Review the demo carefully before checkout. Digital goods are delivered immediately — previews are the primary way to evaluate fit, layout, and features.

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted on the product page.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.
• Sales tax or VAT may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout when required.
• All sales are for digital products; no physical goods are shipped.

Nuri-Kit templates are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused downloads, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

Preview every template carefully before checkout. If you cannot access your files after a successful payment, contact Support with your order reference and we will help restore delivery access.

Purchases include delivery of source files and reasonable support for download access, documented setup steps, and clarifying what is included in the template. Ask questions via the Support form. Custom design, content writing, hosting setup, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Templates may reference or integrate third-party fonts, images, analytics, or APIs. You are responsible for licenses, accounts, and compliance when you deploy. Stock or demo images in previews may require replacement for production use.

Templates are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, uptime of your deployment, or compatibility with every hosting environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuri Softworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of a template. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that template in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Changes apply to new purchases after posting. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights you already received for completed purchases.
