By purchasing or using Nuri-Kit website templates ("Templates"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

What you receive

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Template source code for your own business or client projects. You receive Next.js source files, components, and documentation sufficient to deploy and customize the Template.

License restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Template as a competing template product.
• You may not share your download link or source files publicly.
• Demo copy, images, and placeholder branding are examples only and should be replaced before launch.

Payments

All prices are one-time fees in USD, processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

Support

Purchases include delivery of source files and basic setup guidance by email. Custom development is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
