14-day satisfaction guarantee

If the Template is materially different from the live preview or fails to deliver as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order reference. We will work to fix the issue or issue a full refund.

When refunds may not apply

• You changed your mind after downloading or receiving source files (preview thoroughly before buying).
• Issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or modifications outside the provided Template.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Your template license is revoked upon refund.

Please email us first. We respond quickly and fair resolution is almost always faster than a bank dispute.
